General Information

RESERVATIONS
Advance reservations are suggested. A reservation guarantees a site, but not a specific site. Reservations will be held for 7 days from the date made, pending receipt of deposit. If no deposit is received within 7 days of making your reservations, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival date must be paid in full by cash or credit card.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS
During peak season of the current year advance reservations must be for a period of three (3) nights or more. No minimum stay is required for Spring and Fall campsite reservations. Campin' Cabins and Rental Trailers require a 2 night minimum Spring and Fall. You may reserve up to two (2) years in advance for stays of 1 week (7 days) or more.

ON-LINE RESERVATIONS VIA THE INTERNET
Current year reservations may be made by visiting our website: www.frontiertown.com and clicking on the RESERVATIONS link at the lower left hand side of the main page. Click on Frontier Town and you will be directed to our ON-LINE RESERVATIONS screen. Sorry but reservations for our rental trailers or cabins cannot be made via the internet. Please telephone our office to make these reservations: 800-228-5590.

PONY EXPRESS CHECK-IN
It's quick and easy! Just Pay your balance in full (including extra guests and vehicles) and give your vehicle information (i.e. make, model, license plate #) at least 24 hours before your arrival date so we can have your check-in package ready for you. This way ... there is no waitin' in a long check-in line!

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
A reservation deposit of $100 per WEEK per Campsite ($25 for Spring and Fall) and $500 per Vacation Rental (One Night's Stay in Spring and Fall) is required within seven (7) days of making reservations. Balance is due upon arrival. VACATION RENTALS ONLY: A $50.00 key deposit is required upon check-in. After key is returned, the security deposit will be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelling or shortening a PEAK SEASON reservation must be done at least 30 days prior to the arrival date for campsites and 60 days prior for rental trailers and cabins or deposits will be forfeited (7 days prior for spring and fall).

GUESTS
Guests are welcome (except in group tent area). Guests are not permitted entry after midnight. See rates page for guest fees.

VEHICLES
One vehicle is included in the rate. One additional vehicle is permitted for $2 per night. Sorry, 3- and 4-wheel ATV's, Gators, etc., and motorized (including electric) scooters are not permitted in the campground.

BICYCLES
Maryland State Law requires that children under 16 years of age wear a helmet while riding a bicycle. Bicycle riding is not allowed in the campground after sunset.

HOLIDAYS
Holidays require a 3-night minimum (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).

LATE STAYS
Spring and Fall Only: Late Stays until 5PM (3PM for Rental Cabins and Trailers) before May 27 and after September 5th are FREE, when available. SORRY - No late stays are available during peak season.

PET POLICY
We love pets! However, all pets must wear current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up after, attended to at all times and not be vicious or exotic. Sorry, pets are not allowed in Vacation Rentals or on Vacation Rental campsites except for PET FRIENDLY UNITS.
Frontier Town & Fort Whaley Campgrounds
Rental Cabin and Trailer Pet Friendly Policy

1.   Restricted to dogs and cats.
2.   Maximum of 2 pets.
3.   Pets must be crated whenever they are left unattended in the unit.
4.   All dogs must be at least 1 year old and be house broken.
5.   There will be a $150 deposit required. The deposit is refundable following thorough inspection by a housekeeping department cowhand (or designee).
6.   There will be a $50 non-refundable charge per pet per stay.
7.   Lessee is responsible for any and all damages to the unit caused by their pet, including flea infestation.
8.   All pets must wear current and valid rabies tags, be leashed, cleaned up after, attended to at all times and not be vicious or exotic.

DELUXE CABINS
Our spacious, Vacation Rental Cabins accommodate up to six people and include all this:
* Master Bedroom with Full-Size Bed
* Second Bedroom with Bunk beds
* Blankets and Pillows
* Full-Size Shower & Bathroom
* Color TV with Cable
* Central AC/Heat
* Refrigerator with Freezer
* Stove and Oven, some have stove top only
* Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker
* Pots, Pans, Dishware, Silverware and Utensils
* Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill and Fire Ring
*** We Now Offer Linens for Our Deluxe Cabins! For a small extra fee, we will supply you with a set of linens that includes:
2 sets of full size sheets, 2 sets of twin size sheets, pillow cases and towels.
* Jus make sure ya bring some of lifes finer things, such as: linens, alarm clocks, radios
DVD players. $50 security deposit required at check-in.

VACATION RENTAL TRAILERS
Our Deluxe Vacation Rental Trailers include a large slide-out so y'all can really stretch yer feet out!
Our deluxe trailers are outfitted with:
* Master Bedroom with Queen-Size Bed
* Second Bedroom with 4 Bunk beds
* Shower & Bathroom
* Color TV with Cable
* Central AC/Heat
* Refrigerator with Freezer
* Stove and Oven, some have stove top only
* Microwave, Toaster and Coffee Maker
* Pots, Pans, Dishware, Silverware and Utensils
* Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill and Fire Ring
Ya just need to remember to bring: linens (1 queen-size, 1 full-size & 4 twin-size), blankets, bath towels, paper towels, alarm clocks, DVDs & radios. $50 security deposit required at check-in.

BAREBONES CABINS FOR THOSE WHO PREFER THINGS A BIT MORE RUSTIC
Our air-conditioned Bare Bone Campin Cabins will keep a roof over yer noggin and as snug as a bug durin the wee hours of the night. Our Campin Cabins accomodate up to 6 people and include:
* Electricity and Cable TV Connection
* Interior Lighting
* Air-Conditioning & Heat
* (1) Full Size Bed and (4) Bunk Beds
* Dresser
* Picnic Table, Charcoal Grill and Fire Ring
* Water is provided on the campsite
* Jus make sure ya bring some of lifes finer things, such as: linens, pillows, cookware, coolers, TV, alarm clocks & radios. $50 security deposit required at check-in.

MINIATURE GOLF
Miniature Golf is FREE to our campers during the SPRING AND FALL seasons. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day the cost to campers is $4 for guests 11 years old and older, $2 FOR guests 4 to 10 years old and Free for children 3 years old and younger.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN RENTAL TRAILERS, CABINS, CAMP STORE, POOL AREA and BATHHOUSES. WATER PARK GUESTS MAY SMOKE IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.

CLOSING DAY
Closing day for Frontier Town 2013 will be Sunday, December 1. We ask that all campers be out of the campground by 1:00 PM.
